🟣 Will every user in my org have to integrate it?​

No, only your integration is required. Think of this the same as you seeing anyone’s free-busy slots in the calendar.

🟣 If I give you access to my Git, what all will you be able to access?​

We do not read your code, we only compute our insights based on the meta data for commits, pull requests, PR comments, etc.

We do offer a separate Open Source sync agent (supports Gitlab only for now) that operates on a zero-trust mechanism. Check it out here.

🟣 How long will I have to wait for the setup to complete?​

Typically for a 100 member team, it takes about 5-10 mins for the github/bitbucket/JIRA/calendar to sync. You might start seeing partially synced data in as little as a minute, but it’s best to wait a few more minutes till all data has been loaded.

🟣 I selected all my repos now but why cannot I see data for all?​

It can be because either:

  • You didn’t map the repos to the team, OR
  • All your data is taking time to sync due to API limits. We rely on the rate limit of the git providers. Every hour, we can sync only 2500 PRs for you. If you have selected way too many repos with many PRs (> 2500) in last 3 months, we’ll eventually sync them up through the day.
