🛠️ PR Filtering & Hot Reload CLI Open Source Minor Update​

Two productivity-focused enhancements:

  • PR Incident Filtering – Filter your data to show only relevant pull request incidents, improving CFR and MTTR accuracy.
  • CLI Hot Reload – No more waiting around during development. Enjoy near-instant reloads, cutting restart time from over a minute to just 2 seconds.

🔐 Magic Link-Based Logins Middleware Cloud Major Update​

  • Log in using just your work email — no need for Google or Microsoft accounts.
  • Especially useful for teams with third-party login restrictions.

🚦 YouTrack Integration Middleware Cloud Major Update​

  • Adds project flow, sprint retrospectives, story points velocity, and roadmap planning support for teams using YouTrack.
  • Expands support beyond Jira to more platforms.

🧪 GitLab Self-Hosted Agent Middleware Cloud Major Update​

  • Enables data synchronization for self-hosted GitLab accounts without requiring access tokens.
  • Built-in heartbeat system to monitor agent health and catch errors.
  • Supports issuing commands to force data sync, clear the buffer, and reset stored repo data.

🏷️ Ad-hoc Exclusion Based on Labels Middleware Cloud Minor Update​

  • Users can now configure Middleware to exclude tickets with specific labels from ad-hoc analysis.

  • Introduces a revamped team management interface.
  • Create and manage teams more efficiently, without unnecessary back-and-forth navigation.
  • Designed for an intuitive experience and seamless collaboration within the platform.

  • Users can now track the progress of data syncs directly in the app.
  • Useful for both first-time syncs and new integrations.
  • No need to guess or reach out — users are informed when sync starts and completes.
